Delete your GO! Express account

Use this page to request deletion of your GO! Express merchant app account and the personal data linked to it. You do not need to be signed in.

What we delete

When we process your request we permanently delete:

• Your GO! Express login and profile (name, email, phone, address)
• App account data such as shops, staff logins you own, and saved payment methods
• Conversation and confirmation data tied to your merchant account, except records we must keep by law

Deletion cannot be undone.

What we may keep

Invoices, COD payouts, and delivery records may be retained where Moroccan commercial, tax, or fraud-prevention rules require it. Those records are not used to provide app access after your account is deleted.

Partial data deletion

If you do not want to close the whole account, email or WhatsApp us and specify which personal data to remove (for example a staff login, a phone number, or a shop).
